Trout with mango sauce

Ingredients
Trout -180 g
New potato - 80 g
Zucchini - 60 g
Cherry - 60 g
Olives - 60 g
Garlic - 1 g
Parsley - 2 g
Capers - 10 g
Olive oil - 30 g
Mango Puree - 10 g
Cream 30% - 30 g
Paprika - 1 g
Salt - 1 g
Black pepper - 1 g
Butter - 10 g
How to cook
Season the trout with salt, pepper, and paprika, add olive oil. Then roast it on a pan. Make tapenade of olives, garlic, parsley, capers, and olive oil. Fry boiled new potatoes on olive oil with zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Preheat the mixture of mango puree and cream. Put the trout with tapenade seasoned with the mango sauce on young vegetables.
