Trout and Cod duet

Ingredients

Trout fillet 2pcs - 50 g

Cod fillet 2pcs - 50 g

Zucchini - 15 g

Thyme - 1 g

Garlic - 2 g

Paprika Chips - 2 g

Cayenne pepper - 1 g

Olive oil - 10 ml

Potato wedges - 50 g

White wine - 100 ml

Fresh tarragon - 2 g

Kari - 1 g

Butter - 10 g

Rodiches - 20 g

Frieze - 10 g

Red currant - 10 (half sprig)

How to cook

Cut zucchini into a length of a wide strip of 3 mm thick 2 pcs. Pour olive oil, crushed garlic, a sprig of thyme, salt, and pepper. And bake in the oven at 180 - 3 min.

Marinate fish using cayenne pepper, salt, olive oil, paprika. Wrap in a zucchini one piece of trout and one piece of cod. And bake 8 minutes at 180 degrees.

Sauce - evaporate white wine, add butter, curry, and tarragon. Serve with slices of the baked potato.
