Cooking method
You will need: 400 g perch; Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp; Wheat flour 4 tablespoons l .; Salt, pepper 0.25 tsp;
Cut perch fillet into portion pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in flour, shake off excess.
