Cooking method

You will need our tender carp fillet, a bunch of dill, 2 onions, 100 g butter, salt, and pepper.

Prepare the fillet, rub it inside and out with salt and pepper. Peel and chop the onion into slices, rinse the greens and leave with a bunch. Place the fillet on a baking tray lined with foil.
