Cooking method
You will need: Catfish fillet - 500 g, Carrots - 1 pc, Zucchini-1 pc, Oregano - 1 tbsp, Leek - 2/3 pcs, Salt, pepper - to taste, parchment.
Fry catfish on parchment without adding spices except for salt and pepper. Since catfish is quite fatty fish, its cooking requires no special tricks - even the parchment is not oiled!
For the garnish take carrots, zucchini, leek, and fry them in turn. After that, add oregano, and form a pad from them, which serves as a side dish for fish.
The final chord is light saffron sauce based on cream and white wine, the soft texture of which goes well with delicate fish
