Cooking method

You will need: 4 medium-sized tilapia fillets, 3 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped, 1 lime juice, 2 teaspoons cumin, 2 teaspoons dry oregano, 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely-toed, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground chili peppers on a pinch of salt and pepper, 2 ripe nectarines cut into small cubes, 1/4 onion, 1 sweet pepper, juice 1/4 of lemon or lime, 2 tablespoons finely sliced cilantro, 2 medium zucchini, diced, 1 tablespoon of butter salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to maximum power.

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and dip the fish in it. Put in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Prepare salsa. To do this, mix all the ingredients for salsa.
