Bream is at the top of the list of produced fish in Kazakhstan (lat. Abramis brama). This is a valuable commercial fish, spread wider than other fish sorts. The proportion of bream in the total amount of fish harvested is 50-60% or more.

You will need 1 kg of bream, 10 g of butter, 5 tubers of potatoes, 3 onions, 4 tbsp. flour, pepper, salt.
How to fry bream in the oven. Peel and gut fish, grate salt on all sides, cover in flour, put on a baking tray with a small amount of water, cover with pieces of butter or smear on vegetable, put around sliced small potatoes and onion rings. Cook the bream in an oven preheated to medium temperature until cooked, depending on the size from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours. When baking, pour juice over the fish.
Bream weighing about 1.5 kg is considered to be the most delicious. On average, length of this can reach 50 cm, however, sometimes fishermen catch 70-centimeter ones, although it is believed that old bream have a too fishy aftertaste.
In the oven, bream can be baked in foil.
